Return and Refund Policy

We Will Gladly Accept Returns Under These Circumstances:

• We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
• You will also need the receipt for proof of purchase and reason for return. 
• To start a return, you can contact us directly from the Poetic Locks page. We will then send you a prepaid label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that a $10.00 restocking fee on all wigs, extensions, and toppers, which will be deducted from your refund. 
• We will notify you once we received and inspected your return, and let you know if your return was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
